90-Day Return Policy

At Metalsignx, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 90 days from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or has an issue, you may contact us for assistance based on the conditions outlined below.

Please review your order details carefully before placing an order, especially for personalized products, as production begins shortly after purchase.

Product Quality Assurance

All products undergo inspection before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can review your request and provide a suitable solution.

Return for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:

  2. Provide clear photos of the product and a brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps
  4. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund

For verified quality-related issues, return shipping costs will be covered by us where applicable.

Return for Non-Quality Reasons

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons such as change of mind or preference, the following conditions apply:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  2. All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included
  3. The return request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery

Return process:

  1. Contact customer service to request a return and obtain the return instructions
  2. Ship the item back using the provided return information
  3. Provide the tracking information to our support team
  4. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed

For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For personalized or customized products, if a return is approved for non-quality reasons, a partial refund may apply based on production costs.

Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to a quality issue, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time

After the returned item is received and inspected, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cancellation

For personalized or customized products, orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be available if production has already started.

For non-customized products, orders may be canceled before shipment.

Notes on Returns

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging whenever possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for non-quality returns.

Coupon codes or discounts used in the original order may not be reinstated after a refund.
