At MetalSignx, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue, we are here to help with a clear and simple return process.

Eligible for Return or Refund

• Customization errors (wrong name, image, or design).
• Wrong item sent, or item received damaged or defective.
• Quality issues or defects.
• Size does not match the order.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund

• Requests made after 90 days of receipt.
• Non-quality issues with personalized products.
• Items damaged by misuse or poor maintenance.
• Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled.
• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Incorrect size chosen (if product is not defective).

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at service@metalsignx.com within 90 days.
2. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless it is our error.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• If caused by quality issues or wrong item: we cover the cost.
• If due to customer’s error: customer pays the shipping cost.

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 3–6 business days after receiving the return.
• PayPal refunds usually within 48 hours.
• Credit card refunds usually within 3–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

• Customized products: can be cancelled within 24 hours of order. After 24 hours, cancellation is not allowed.
• Non-customized products: can be cancelled if request is made before shipment.

Important Notes

• Personalized items cancelled or modified may incur a 30% service fee.
• Please use original packaging for returns to ensure safe delivery.
• Coupon codes cannot be restored once used, even after returns.
